Non si sbaglia mai. Ravioli n.1 in vari modi, ma quello pomodoro e basilico non si supera. Agnello alla brace ottimo, contorni sfiziosi e dolci della casa. Gentilezza e cortesia non mancano. Super consigliato.

Si trova in posto incantevole, solo l'aria pulita e frizzante vale l'andata. Il personale è molto professionale ed "accogliente" ; il locale è pulitissimo ed intimo, familiare e caldo. Buoni i vini proposti, un ottimo aglianico quello della casa. Il menù non è favoloso anzi direi un po' ristretto, poca fantasia, molta mediocrità anche se poi le materie prime utilizzate sono di ottima qualità ma il tutto è racchiuso in una visione ristretta. Ci si sarebbe potuti sbizarrire con gli antipasti composti dalle mille sfizioserie saporitissime e tipiche del luogo invece danno solo prosciutyo di supermercato, mozzarellina, salsiccia affettata scadente e poco altro. Buoni i ravioli, scadente in condimento. Pochd opzioni di primi. Per i secondi, stesso criterio di minimalismo. In un posto del genere non si può servire una salsiccia arrostita lunga 5/6 centimetri, soprattutto aperta e cotta cosi: una bestemmia per la Basilicata e un delitto per Pignola/Abriola. Ancor meno da scegliere per i secondi e quando per arrosto di agnello ne vengono serviti tre pezzettini invisibili bisogna pernsare che in cucina é preponderante una certa, inutile, grettezza. Il conto è congruo con la "pochezza" del servito (intorno a 30 euro). Peccato ci sono tutte le potenzialità per essere un posto di eccellenza, basterebbe ampliare un poco la visione.

Restaurant in a lovely place. The first courses ravioli with butter and sage and strascinati with game sauce are delicious... just like grandmothers made them! The grilled lamb was also tender and delicious Highly recommended, try it for yourself... Incredibly low prices and very professional staff.

Unfortunately we tried to book by calling on Saturday for lunch on the following Sunday but we were unable to get in touch by telephone despite trying several times both on Saturday afternoon and Sunday (certainly a flaw in the organisation!!!!). On Sunday morning, seeing that we were near the cabin, we showed up in person, first checking the mobile number which was correct, but in any case we couldn't have lunch because they were fully booked and they also specified to me that they are equipped for a ''tour only'' i.e. they do not accept, for example, customers who arrive after the preparations in the kitchen have started!!!! But we won't give up and will try again....

Historic restaurant at the foot of the Sellata Pierfaone ski slopes which prepares traditional Lucanian dishes also revisited. Kindness and friendliness of the staff. Fair prices.
