Today, arriving at the Baita a Saracinesco, very nice place, very nice staff, wonderful first course, second course like the first, homemade dessert. I don't know what more to say.

Whoa! Hairpin bends, uphill and you arrive at a hut surrounded by greenery. We were there on a Saturday, for lunch, we were pampered by Carmen, Sicilian blood and it shows, and then impressed by the dishes of Andrea, owner and chef. As soon as you arrive, open the menu and read .... I'll translate in a few words: 😃 "Don't shit er c... if I'm late in bringing you the dish there's a reason" and believe me, it didn't take long and the dish that arrived it's top marks, meat cooked on the grill! The first pappardelle with wild boar uahuuu. We will definitely return and this time in the evening because the location is truly suggestive and romantic. Excellent!

Andre (the owner) as well as being a good florist is a very good chef together with his wife everything is excellent even the service is excellent

Bisogna fare tutti i mille tornanti necessari per arrivare in questo pianoro a oltre 900m ma ne vale assolutamente la pena. Un ristorante in una vera baita con tavoli interni ed all’esterno che cucina piatti gustosi con porzioni adeguate. Tutto quello che abbiamo provato era molto buono. Una menzione speciale per le carni: buonissime e cotte alla perfezione. Torneremo sicuramente.
