La Baita In Pescasseroli

Yesterday I was passing through Pescasseroli, I stopped for lunch at this restaurant, a little hesitant because of the reviews I had read, almost all negative!!! I always say things have to be tried in person, despite the reservations I read I wanted to try, I want to express my opinion!! VERY KIND STAFF, IT'S NOT TRUE THAT THEY ARE GRUMPY, THEN THE FOOD, VERY GOOD, I EVEN FOUND A SOUTE OF CLAMS AND MUSSELS, WHICH IS DIFFICULT TO FIND IN A MOUNTAIN TOWN AND I MUST SAY IT WAS BETTER MADE THAN SOME SEASIDE AREAS!!! LET'S NOT MENTION THE GRIGLIATA, AND THE FETTUCCINE WITH PORCINI MUSHROOMS AND TRUFFLES, A TRUE MARVEL!! SOMETIMES DON'T PAY ATTENTION TO REVIEWS, TRY IT YOURSELF, BECAUSE THEY CAN BE BIASED!! TO DRAG PEOPLE TO OTHER RESTAURANTS!! THANKS AGAIN TO THE OWNERS FOR THEIR TREATMENT AND CUISINE, A 💯 FOR 💯 TO THIS RESTAURANT,,, LA BAITA,, PRIVATE FOR PERSON,,!!!!

Io e mia moglie andiamo alla baita ogni volta che siamo a Pescasseroli sia a pranzo che a cena. Il cibo e’ ottimo , genuino e cucinato in modo semplice ma di gusto . Adatto per chi cerca una cucina casalinga. Per noi e’ diventato il nostro ristorante di fiducia e anche se rispettiamo i giudizi negativi non ci sentiamo di condividerli. Noi ci andiamo sempre molto volentieri. Continuate cosi!

Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Cibo buono, in particolare la carne alla brace. Siamo venuti a pranzo per tre giorni consecutivi.

The atmosphere is traditional and very comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful, and can accommodate any dietary needs. They are attentive and welcoming. I highly recommend it and will definitely return.
