A modest trattoria, with limited selection, but home-made quality and very fair prices for what we ate. The carrot flan with gorgonzola fondue was excellent, as were the agnolotti with ragù (they would have been more appreciated if they had been a little more generous). The house Barbera was decent. In the end, the four of us ate four appetizers, four first courses, one bottle of water, two desserts, three coffees, and one liqueur. The service was friendly and courteous. The total cost was €76. I'd say it's a fair and reasonable price. Reservations are recommended, if not mandatory, on holidays, as there isn't much seating.

A good restaurant, tried on the recommendation of a local. The dishes were simple but well-cooked, and the staff were friendly despite their busy schedule. The bill was fair.

Had lunch here today, everything was excellent, and if you take the excursion they offer you lunch for €20-25 with a rich appetizer and a first course accompanied by spring water. Nice atmosphere, friendly and fast staff.

We had dinner there two weeks ago. The owner and waitress were very friendly. The food was delicious and excellent value for money. The carrot flan with gorgonzola was delicious, as were the other appetizers and the first course: tagliatelle with ragù, agnolotti with sage, and the crema catalana. I recommend it.

Modest trattoria located on the edge of a road (which is actually the State Road 23 to Fenestrelle). Few seats, few dishes to choose from, hasty service (there is only one waitress and she also takes care of the bar) and, at midday on weekdays, many workers on break who have lunch here taking advantage of the popular prices and the large portions served.
Twice, finding myself in the area, I had lunch here and both times they offered me only two second courses: baked chicken and roast pork loin. Take it or leave it.
I "took", once the chicken and once the pork loin and they were not bad, neither one nor the other.
The desserts are only industrial, the house wine, drinkable.
