We ate at the Grotte del Bussento restaurant, which serves excellent first courses. Pictured are fresh pasta: pumpkin gnocchi (we omitted the gorgonzola) and lagane and chickpeas with chili pepper. We added a house antipasto with vegetables, cured meats, and cheeses. Price: €19 per person.

A lovely place in a stunning location! After the hike to the WWF oasis, we stopped for lunch: excellent house wine (it's rare to find good house wine), a rich appetizer, a homemade first course and dessert, all served by staff who put their heart and soul into it! Highly recommended.

I stumbled upon this restaurant because a friend on the beach told me about it. I was greeted with a big smile, and that's already a great start... but I didn't imagine what I discovered. A real surprise: excellent food, expertly prepared using top-quality ingredients. The service was attentive and courteous, even thoughtful. Kindness reigns supreme... something not always a given when dining out. Result: in the month of August alone, I returned five times... bringing other friends who thanked me for the pleasant experience. Yes, because dinner on the terrace of Osteria dei Compari... is first and foremost an experience... a way to leave stress and chaos behind and reclaim a sense of well-being that belongs to a bygone era... eating good food and spending time with others. A sincere thank you to those who, with evident love, manage this little treasure. See you soon, Gianluca (Rome)

A quiet osteria, discovered by chance after visiting the oasis. A very pleasant surprise, everything was excellent, I recommend it to everyone, it's a shame I can't return... I live a bit too far away. It's a truly local place, cooked with such care and excellent service. The chef even explained his recipes to us!!!

The house antipasto was delicious and made with quality ingredients. The first courses, as they say in slang, were a hit. The cavatelli with yellow cherry tomatoes and basil pesto were delicious, and the linguine with creamed zucchini was delicious. Definitely worth trying again.

The service was great, it made us feel like we were visiting family, they took their time explaining the different ingredients and options and the food was superb! Highly recommend for everyone who wants to slow down and enjoy!

09/01/2026: Excellent traditional Neapolitan restaurant! The food is plentiful, high-quality, and truly excellent value. As a celiac, I can honestly say I've rarely eaten so well: great attention and care without making me feel "different." The staff is attentive, polite, and helpful. Highly recommended!
03/01/2026: We were a group of over 50 people. We ate well. We noticed that they paid attention to people with various intolerances and/or allergies. The atmosphere was rustic but clean. There's ample free parking.

L’Officina della Pizza

21/01/2026: I returned to this pizzeria after five years, and it was a delightful rediscovery. Even though I wasn't very hungry, I ordered a Marinara: truly excellent. Finally, a proper "macchiata" pizza, where the sauce takes center stage and not just a dry trace of tomato. My friends' pizzas and frittatas were also excellent, and they got top marks. However, I must point out that the service was decidedly slow, even though the place wasn't crowded when we arrived. Beyond that, there are two small points related to personal taste: I would have preferred to be warned that instead of the Coke I ordered, they would serve a Pepsi, given that the flavors are quite different. I also found the decor a bit chaotic, and the acoustics in the front room could be improved, as the echoing voices are sometimes unpleasant. In any case, the quality of the food prevails: we'll definitely be back; I would have stayed for another!
17/01/2026: The pizza is delicious. We tried their four different ways to cook it, and they were all delicious! High-quality ingredients and excellent combinations. The dining room was very nice, and the service was friendly and fast!
