Very nice place, recently renovated, created from an old "face" basement. Quiet and welcoming atmosphere, friendly and professional staff. Interesting menu with a good choice of various courses. I opted for a first course and a second course, really very, very good, especially the first course, and obviously the dessert, which however I must say did not fully convince me. However, all in all I was very satisfied with the dinner. The prices are also fair and in line with restaurants of the same category. I've been there before and I'll definitely be back. Ah... Better to book a few days in advance

What a little gem in the center of Predazzo! A very pleasant discovery, a small treasure chest where the young, welcoming and attentive staff follows you from start to finish, pampering you with a traditional cuisine that surprises with its (successful) risk and experimentation... the story comes from the family butcher's shop and they have carried on the tradition up to now with great touches of class in the dishes offered, combining the mountain tradition with expertly dosed "exotic" ingredients, never covering or predominant, which do nothing but enhance the flavours. on the palate. Chapeau guys and keep going! Nb: excellent advice on wine throughout the meal, a great Retiko 2021 that I will remember with pleasure for a long time👏🔝

Siamo stati a pranzo. Davvero una bella esperienza. Personale preparato e professionale, ristorante elegante ed attento alla tradizione.
Ottimo l'impiattamento (tranne che per l'hamburger) ma la maggior soddisfazione è sull'aver assaporato piatti buoni ed originali con ingredienti di qualità.
Soddisfatti, ci torneremo.

Locale elegante e ben arredato. Personale professionale e cortese. Materie prime di ottima qualità derivanti direttamente dalla loro storica macelleria. Nota di merito al tagliere misto. Ottimo anche il brasato con il suo brodo. Molto apprezzata l’entre di faraona. Prezzo adeguato alla qualità del cibo e del locale. Un antipasto due secondi un dolce mignon una bottiglia di acqua e una piccola di vino euro 96.
