What a pleasant discovery this little restaurant is... a place created from a historic butcher's shop, with attention to detail, warm and welcoming... exceptional menu with refined dishes, excellent raw materials. Good quality/price ratio

Splendid location, impeccable service, magnificent courtesy, exceptional menu never goes wrong. A place that I have been going to several times with my wife and friends and every time I am enthusiastic about it. Highly recommended, truly wonderful.

Siamo stati a pranzo. Davvero una bella esperienza. Personale preparato e professionale, ristorante elegante ed attento alla tradizione. Ottimo l'impiattamento (tranne che per l'hamburger) ma la maggior soddisfazione è sull'aver assaporato piatti buoni ed originali con ingredienti di qualità. Soddisfatti, ci torneremo.

Seconda recensione per questo ottimo ristorante dove sarà la più o meno decima volta che torno. Sicuramente uno dei migliori indirizzi tra Fiemme e Fassa. Non serve aggiungere altro se non che a breve non mi stupirei se fosse menzionato sulla Guida Michelin (ad oggi 2025 non ancora). Unica menzione che stride veramente con la sublime esperienza culinaria: perché dover far pagare l’acqua del rubinetto (sebbene credo micro filtrata) 3 € e non portare in tavola una bottiglia d’acqua minerale come negli altri ristoranti di tale livello? La definirei piccola e inutile caduta di stile che vale una stella in meno ma alla quale si può sicuramente rimediare.
