A very beautiful and well-kept place, with very pleasant service. The food was truly sensational and of great quality.
The only small flaw: the table next to ours was very noisy and at times it was impossible to have a peaceful conversation.

The staff is incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere from the moment you arrive. We especially loved the complimentary welcome entrée offered by the kitchen — such a thoughtful touch! Everything was excellent, and the restaurant opens promptly at 7:15 on the dot. Highly recommended!

This restaurant is located in the center of Predazzo, easily accessible. It's a good value, undoubtedly excellent. The cured meats are of good quality. The staff is courteous and helpful, and all this in a refined and romantic setting. I would like to comment on the plating of the boiled meat, which was slightly disappointing, served in a small pan. It would be a good idea to serve it differently, in my opinion, to enhance its value. It's still good! Secondly, the exquisite and elegant welcome entrée should be paired with a small serving dish for customer convenience. Overall, however, the overall rating is positive. The wine list is varied and well-stocked.

A special place, both for the quality of the food and the friendliness and warmth of the staff.
The care and preparation of the meats is exceptional, with special mention for the tartare and tagliata, which are truly exquisite, but the first courses are also truly delicious.
