Ristorante dall’ambiente riservato e ricercato.Qualità del cibo eccezionale.Tagliere con salumi, formaggi e giardiniera ottimo. A sorpresa il prosciutto cotto, a nostro parere, era il migliore. Tortelli giganti ripieni di brasato molto particolari e minestra d’orzo perfetta come se fosse stata fatta in casa. Per finire non si può resistere alla proposta dei dolci con abbinamenti insoliti ma azzeccati (ci sono anche delle porzioni più piccole per chi fosse già troppo sazio). Costo giusto considerata la qualità del cibo e del servizio.
Personale giovane molto attento e gentile. Siamo stati benissimo.

Beautiful environment in the center of Predazzo..
I found the service very attentive, with particular attention to food allergies, and the meat offered was excellent, delicate, tender and tasty.
Local wine list mainly worthy of note, succulent amouse buche to start the dinner offered on the house.
Excellent quality offered, both in the cuisine and in the service.

Very welcoming and very clean place. Intimate atmosphere. Impeccable service with highly qualified staff. Dishes capable of respecting tradition but at the same time enhancing the flavors and ingredients of the area, expertly reworked. To date the best proposal in this splendid valley that we are slowly discovering. Thanks to Valeria and all the staff of the Bortoleto Restaurant. We'll be back soon!

Nice place, excellent food, a little elegant for my personal tastes (this is not a negative criticism, on the contrary). The waiters are very knowledgeable and helpful. The dishes are treated both aesthetically and from the point of view of flavor combinations. Prices slightly high compared to my habits but proportionate to the quality of both the food and the service.

Lunch on the occasion of the Desmontega festival...Valeria's always super welcome. Professionalism of the waiter in serving and explaining... delicious dishes prepared with great raw materials, care in presentation and excellent in taste....

Buon ristorante, accoglienza cortesia e servizio di buon livello, peccato che quasi tutte le portate siano troppo condite con creme e salse che coprono i sapori e risultano a fine cena poco gradevoli. In particolare le lumache seppur ben presentate non davano assolutamente del loro inconfondibile sapore. Inoltre i canederli bellissimi da vedere risultavano molto gommosi e con le solite salse che costringevano mia moglie a non mangiare più nulla e terminare la cena. Buoni i sorbetti ma la cucina dovrebbe mettere più in risalto i sapori del territorio. Esperienza da non ripetere.
