L' Asino Bianco In Terralba

An elegant and quiet place, with a truly pleasant atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The service is impeccable: attentive, courteous, and professional without being intrusive. We tried two truly excellent first courses, meticulously prepared and flavorful. The fried calamari (listed on the menu as frozen, but I honestly would never have guessed that) was truly delicious. The French fries were simple and unpretentious. The desserts were truly amazing. Overall, a very pleasant experience, thanks to the quality of the dishes, the relaxing atmosphere, and the attentive service.

We discovered this place in Terralba by chance. I must say it was a pleasant surprise, thanks to the friendly and welcoming service, the tasty dishes, and the quiet atmosphere. I would suggest screening the window overlooking the main street for more privacy. Highly recommended!

We ate à la carte on the evening of December 31st. Honestly, it's hard to find a better restaurant than the Asino Bianco. Excellent value for money, absolutely recommended!

We were looking for a place to eat something in Terralba and stumbled upon Asino Bianco near the main square. In my opinion, it's not a typical "restaurant" in the true sense of the word, but rather a multipurpose facility that lends itself to a variety of bar and restaurant services. A nice and rather informal place, with a fairly comprehensive menu and well-served, excellent for a business lunch. Good prices, in line with the restaurant's category. Recommended...

We enjoyed dining here twice in one week. The staff is very welcoming, kind, and helpful. The dishes are excellent, but the octopus stands out, cooked to perfection, making it incredibly tender and, above all, incredibly flavorful. The first courses are excellent, especially the culurgiones, while the desserts are outstanding, the seadas. The wine list features almost exclusively local wines, ideal for those like us who always prefer to try local products. The quality/price ratio is excellent, so we recommend this place for any occasion.
