The restaurant is refined and welcoming, with a warm, intimate atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The dishes are meticulously crafted and enhanced by fresh, select ingredients. We started with a charcuterie board with truly unique flavors, followed by a creamy onion soup with shaved truffle: one of the best I've ever tasted, surprising and memorable. The dish that struck me most, however, was the crispy suckling pig served on a creamy beetroot soup (if I remember correctly): simply spectacular. The service was prompt and the prices were average, especially considering the high quality of the ingredients.

We stopped by by chance last Sunday and were pleasantly surprised by the experience at this "Bottega." Beautiful traditional dishes with a contemporary twist. On the main street of the village, within walls that evoke a sense of history, you'll find the restaurant. We ate outside, on the street, on a very quiet Sunday. The menu is quite extensive and certainly appealing, with a good balance between the new and the traditional. Everything I've tasted has been truly delicious, and my heartfelt congratulations to the management, because, in a context like this, offering such refined dishes certainly shows a strong belief in what they do!

We went for the first time, very beautiful and characteristic place, kind and welcoming staff, excellent quality food and the restaurant located in an alley of a beautiful medieval village. We will return, I recommend it.

We dined at this little restaurant, located on the main hill in Fara in Sabina, crowned by charming lights. First, a word about Fara, a beautiful little village, kept like a jewel, nestled between the mountains and valleys of Sabina with its unique panorama. The romantic restaurant offers local cuisine, focusing on the land. The menu features a few appetizers, eight first and second courses, and desserts. At first, you might be surprised by the lack of options, but once you've tasted the dishes, you understand the chef's choice: a limited but well-prepared menu with quality ingredients is better than a multitude of subpar dishes, often with defrosted ingredients! If I really had to say something, among the eight dishes, in the summer you could offer at least two with "summery" flavors, that is, fresher and lighter. The prices are medium to high, but if you book with the fork, you can eat well at a reasonable price. At the end of the meal, we were offered their desserts, which were very delicious and unique—you deserve applause! Another little tip: the lady at the tables was very kind and gracious, and could use some help, especially on Saturday evenings. Thanks, we had a great time, and we'll be back.
