My favorite pizza in Alessandria, high quality ingredients and excellent dough. Never had a digestion problem and go practically every week

Pizza molto sottile simile ad una piadina. Locale piccolo ma accogliente. Pizza molto buona e ottimo servizio. Sono venuto in compagnia e hanno trovato tempestivamente un posto in più al tavolo (8 persone). Personalmente ci ritornerò.

Dei veri artisti della pizza! Ristorante giovane, con attenta cura degli ingredienti e creatività nelle proposte. Ottimi impasti (classico, farro, multicereali: provati tutti!), con lievitazione perfetta, per una pizza sottile, croccante eppure morbida! Proposta vegana eccellente, ma alternative (io mi sono lasciato tentare dal pulled pork!) altrettanto convincenti. Bravi bravi bravi: bisogna premiare l’impegno di questi ragazzi!

Excellent food, modern and tasteful place, very original, set in the context of an ancient building and therefore very particular. A little too dark (several people used their phone's flashlight to read the menu). A small abjour in the center of the tables could be useful and nice... it would preserve the atmosphere by allowing greater brightness which is necessary when eating. The pizza is very good and easy to digest, the quality appetizer (arugula, parmesan, bresaola) and mixed salad with tuna and excellent mozzarella are excellent. These 3 dishes (pizza, salad, bresaola appetizer). + drinks and dessert (meringue with chocolate flakes), all for 41.50 euros. Pretty good table service, friendly and quick waiters (perhaps a few more smiles would be needed). Overall absolutely highly recommended!
