The food is acceptable, the service is excellent, but the atmosphere is terribly crowded and feels suffocating. Despite this, it works and stands on its own two feet.

Varied food. Much more than in Spain.

I recently ate at McDonald’s at Termini Station in Rome. The service is really fast, even at peak times, and the staff are friendly and cheerful, which is always appreciated. On the other hand, the place is quite messy: there are a lot of people, there is traffic in all directions, and it is not easy to find a place to sit, especially when you are in a group or with luggage. It’s convenient for a meal on the go, but not really pleasant for sitting down for a while.

Unfortunately I was in this place a few weeks ago.. If you go after 11, half the room is closed. Outside (outside the venue) it seems like the wild west after a certain time there are unsavory people, drug addicts, huge rats wandering around on the pavements. We were a little afraid to get there.

Mc Donalds FORUM, i.e. the restaurant located on the lower floor of Termini Station, which has long since also become a hostel, given that numerous people, certainly not travellers, given the absence of luggage, occupy the tables to chase away a nap. A guard pretends to give the alarm and leaves. Everything goes back to how it was before. The boy in the room, who in my opinion should be rewarded, also takes care of clearing the tables from the trays and rubbish left, rudely, by the people who eat, get up and leave, but who would certainly expect to find a clean table when they are the ones looking for a seat. Maybe they all have servants in their house, so taking a walk towards the bins to empty the tray is too humiliating.
