We were a bit hungry when we discovered this place thanks to TripAdvisor. It wasn't listed under restaurants on Google because it's labeled as a bar. However, the food is great here. We had a cheeseburger, and the paninis looked pretty good too. Really good value for money. One burger is more than enough, even if you're really hungry. The service was fast and very friendly. Overall, highly recommended.

Exceptionally good apple strudel, as well as the Black Forest roll. The sweet treats can compete with any café. It's worth a visit!

What a lovely place! Typical Tyrolean-style restaurant, friendly and attentive service, generous and filling sandwiches, and delicious beers. A pleasant discovery after a hike in Vallunga. Well done!

Realmente fue una experiencia muy agradable. Abrumadoramente positivo. Hemos pasado por esta puerta muchas veces, pero el anfitrión de nuestro hotel nos lo recomendó como un lugar realmente agradable para tomar aperitivos y bebidas. Pedimos Bresaola y un plato mixto Italiano y un plato mixto de quesos y estaban increíbles. Tanta comida y tan recién cortada y sabrosa. ¿Quieres una cena agradable y fácil por la noche en Selva? No busques más. El ambiente y el servicio fueron geniales y la comida realmente impresionante. ¡Muy bien hecho! Muy recomendable.

Ci siamo fermati per cena con un gruppo di amici, hamburger e panini buoni. Piccola disattenzione nell'ordinazione di uno dei panini, ma risolta in poco tempo. Unica pecca... niente patatine fritte che, con un hamburger, ci vogliono proprio!

05/10/2025: We've been coming here every fall for six years and feel very comfortable here. It's a family-run hotel offering breakfast or half board and an outdoor pool. It's located directly on Lake Kaltern. Everything has been newly renovated, and a beautiful winter garden for breakfast and dinner was added two years ago.
03/10/2025: A superb base for various excursions between Merano and Lake Garda. The food and drinks—especially Arthur's wine—are delicious. The entire staff is very attentive, and the owners are extremely kind to us guests. We'll definitely be back.

14/09/2025: From the mountain station, you can enjoy many beautiful hikes. They're ideal for children.
02/09/2025: A well-maintained cable car, but unfortunately, decisions are made on an individual basis. Dogs are supposed to wear muzzles, actually. On the ride, the staff made it mandatory for the first large dog, but they didn't require one for the second, even though it was also a large one. They should simply ask the passengers if they were okay with it. On the other hand, bicycles are only allowed on board from 3 p.m. onward, even though there were only two passengers in the cable car on the previous ride. The price for the uphill and downhill ride is perfectly reasonable at €15. There's an additional €7 per bike.
