Kristall Bakery In Ferrara

Found by chance during a Google search, Kristall Bakery turned out to be a real gem for those who, like me, are looking for a gluten-free culinary experience without sacrificing taste. Although it is not part of the AIC circuit (too bad, but you can forgive it!), everything I tasted was simply delicious. From the first to the last dish, each course was a confirmation of the quality and attention to detail: delicious appetizers, tasty first courses and, the icing on the cake, the desserts prepared in front of your eyes, fresh and inviting. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff kind and helpful. If you are in the area or coming to Ferrara, highly recommended!

We went on a Saturday morning with a friend for breakfast, a welcoming place but with a little limited space, a nice display of desserts and breakfast, I tasted some pancakes mixed with raisins and filled with Chantilly cream, very good (but very expensive). Coming to the point, since it was late morning (11:00) we had to settle for a high table near the door because they were already preparing for lunch, and the bill (2 pancakes, 1 small and one large ginseng) €7.00 was an unwelcome surprise. But now madness has spread everywhere and kristal is no exception.

I had read about the Kristall Bakery and by pure coincidence we happened to rent an apartment 100 meters from the place. Everything excellent. From breakfast to dinner. Perfect staff.

Siamo stati in questo locale sia a colazione che a cena. Per un celiaco è un paradiso, tutto senza glutine. I piatti gluten free che abbiam provato erano gustosi. Anche la colazione, tra dolcetti e cornetti erano ottimi, anche migliori della controparte glutinosa che offrono a colazione. Il personale è stato gentile e abbiamo aspettato poco anche se il locale era sempre abbastanza pieno.
