Visited Krebsbach again, simply perfect. Staff extremely competent and friendly, ambience very good, the food is perfect, everything highly recommended. Make a reservation if possible.

We actually visited the restaurant twice during our four-day short break. The menu offers a high-quality selection of dishes. The food was excellent. The service was very friendly. The grilled, boneless trout fillets on the salad plate were delicious. All in all, highly recommended.

The best trout in all of South Tyrol 😋 Nice family business. Completely renovated with a beautiful terrace. Friendly, clean, and very romantic location with a pond in the middle of apple orchards. The owner has a great memory. She knows you even if you only come back every six months. Anytime again!!

Rametz

04/11/2025: We had lunch at Restaurant Rametz at the end of the season. The restaurant was practically empty and therefore very quiet. Besides the concise menu, the very friendly staff recommended several specialties. The menu includes both meat and fish dishes. The prices are on the higher end, but the food is consistently beautifully presented and tastes excellent. The wine list is highly recommended; it truly offers something for every palate. Rametz isn't a tourist hotspot, which is exactly why it suited us perfectly. We will definitely visit Restaurant Rametz again.
02/11/2025: I ate the best first course of my life so far, the manager is a wonderful person, I highly recommend this restaurant, it is an experience, both for the food and the wine, really recommended

10/11/2025: A modern, elegant, high-quality restaurant serving excellent traditional dishes with a modern twist. Excellent flavor combinations, using local, genuine ingredients, excellent wines, fast, friendly service, and a small outdoor parking lot.
