KOTTABOS In Capri leone

The best brewery in Sicily. Since I discovered it, I haven't drunk commercial beers. Only Kottabos, Berenice 4 Ever. 🎧

It's a quality brewery where you can also order food. My visit was enhanced by a manager (I think his name is Elia) who gave me a guided tour of the brewery, explaining every step of the process.

Here, in addition to trying an interesting craft beer (Ipazia), I rediscovered old Sicilian flavors I'd forgotten about and enjoyed the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Definitely a go-to place for future business trips...and more! Thanks!

I was blown away by the Kottabos brewery. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing, the staff is knowledgeable but never intrusive, and the owners are superb! I tasted a selection of craft beers that truly amazed me: each one has its own character, explained with passion, and served at the perfect temperature. The food, simple yet carefully prepared, complements every choice. It's one of those places you'll want to return to, because it makes you feel at home while still surprising you every time.

What a lovely place we found! Excellent beers, especially the Ipazia for those who love IPAs. I also really enjoyed the Pills, which isn't as dry but smoother. The sandwiches were really good and not heavy. The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. We'll definitely be back! Great!

I didn't know this place even though it was in a town near where I live, excellent quality beer.
