We have been to this place at least 3 times, which implies that we like it. Some types of Ramen have very strong ingredients that do not allow the flavors to be clearly distinguished. Note of merit for the pork ribs cooked at low temperature.

I find it the best ramen in Prato (I tried the other one next door, the new one in Via Roma and the one in Viale della Repubblica... not to mention names). For me, having been to Japan, it is the most authentic, even though it seems that those next to it are Japanese 😅. I also think their pokè is the best in Prato, I've tried several but none surpass it. I absolutely love marinated eggs. Furthermore, a quiet and pleasant location. I just find the prices a little high, even for the poke.

A place to enjoy very high quality Japanese ramen and dumplings, all very good and at fair prices. Genuine ingredients and handmade pasta. Wonderful restaurant in Prato. Highly recommended, if you pass through Prato it's a must.

Ramen più buono in circolazione nella nostra zona, per lavoro giro il mondo e l’ho mangiato ovunque soprattutto in Asia e confermo che il ramen di Koto è il migliore in assoluto …però ogni volta che torno a casa puzzo di cucina, mettere un aspiratore a modo in cucina per favore..!!!!!

UNA BELLA SERATA A metà dicembre, in una sera fredda di ritorno da Firenze, eravamo in due. Abbiamo provato e avevano posto al bancone: un posto a sedere che merita perché c'è un punto di vista privilegiato sulla cucina a vista e i ragazzi di Koto sono simpatici. C'eravamo stati prima del covid e ci è piaciuto di nuovo. L'ambiente è carino nella sua semplicità. Abbiamo preso uno Shoyu e un Tan Tan. Entrambi gustosissimi. Per me i migliori ramen provati finora. Consigliato per chi ama la sostanza senza tanti fronzoli.

23/08/2024: After years I can allow myself to say: best sushi in Prato! And we have been coming to Henko for years and we have never eaten better than here, delicious, fresh, truly the best 🔝 even my husband who doesn't eat sushi himself and the Toscano Docc 😀 he eats other dishes here and finds it very good, excellent service, nice staff and available
