Koru Caffè In Frascati

Every time I pass through Frascati I go back to have a snack at Koru. The girls are very kind, the desserts are excellent and there is a great selection of teas and coffees. If possible, take their coffee beans home because it's great.

An oasis. I don't live in Frascati but when I visit this very welcoming town I never miss the Koru stop: excellent products, exemplary hospitality and lots and lots of human warmth. It's a reference.

I was here with my partner this morning and it was a pleasant surprise, this Café has a very interesting menu both in terms of choices and quality of products: we enjoyed a delicious hazelnut cappuccino, two fruit and ginger smoothies, a truly fantastic grape cheesecake, carrot cake, then bagels and savory waffles, all exceptional. Many types of coffee (note that we are talking about Specialty Coffee, therefore coffees that satisfy three criteria: organoleptic uniformity, absence of defects and unpleasant aftertastes and an interesting taste profile, which includes complex aromatic notes and a good level of sweetness as well as a short and as ethical supply chain as possible) and quality teas to try, but also matcha, kombutcha... We will be happy to return, congratulations! The coffee is excellent, and the warm, familiar environment puts you at ease. The place is very clean and well kept. The generous portions: the waffle and fruit platter is beautiful to look at and eat, as are the excellent sandwiches with fresh ingredients. The pancakes perhaps too small and overcooked, need improvement. The coffee and other drinks are delicious, unlike that well-known American chain, this is a Frascatana-style Starbucks, much more genuine. Prices are average.

Sono stato qui con la mia compagna ed è stata una piacevole sorpresa, questo Café ha un menù molto interessante sia come scelte sia come qualità dei prodotti: abbiamo gustato un delizioso noccio-cappuccino, due centrifugati di frutta e zenzero, una cheesecake all'uva davvero fantastica, torta alle carote, poi bagel e waffles salati, tutto eccezionale. Tanti tipi di caffè (da notare che parliamo di Specialty Coffee, quindi caffè che soddisfano tre criteri: uniformità organolettica, assenza di difetti e retrogusti sgradevoli e un profilo gustativo interessante, che comprenda note aromatiche complesse e un buon livello di dolcezza oltre ad una filiera corta ed il più possibile etica) e di tè di qualità da provare (quello greco che è senza caffeina e molto salutare), ma anche matcha, kombutcha... Ci torneremo molto volentieri, complimenti!
