For those with gluten intolerances, their pizza is truly delicious! Light, crispy, and super digestible.

For me, these are the best and easiest pizzas I've ever eaten! You can choose from a variety of doughs, including low-fat flours, slow-rising flours, and even gluten-free grains! A personalized vegan Margherita with porcini mushrooms, a vegan cheese alternative that rivals mozzarella in texture and flavor, unlike many similar options I've tried. I was amazed by this month's special, featuring pumpkin cream, vegan cheese, fried eggplant, artichokes, and basil—a harmony of flavors that surprised me, even though I'm not a fan of plain pizzas.
An interesting vegan dessert (especially since it's available), but too much chocolate for me.

A great pizza place located a little outside of Trento. Seven of us went without a reservation on a weekday evening (6:30 PM~). Luckily, we were seated by the group with a reservation at 8:30 PM. We parked in the spacious outdoor parking lot across the street from the restaurant and went inside. We each ordered one pizza from the various menu items. It was bigger than expected, so some women left theirs. You can request a box to take away. Everyone enjoyed their meal. By the time we left around 7:15 PM, most of the spacious restaurant was already packed. This is definitely a neighborhood gem!!!

The pizzas are excellent, both traditional Neapolitan and slightly more contemporary, but always with excellent and easily digestible dough.
The salads are good, with a limited selection, as is the menu. It's still a pizzeria, though; if you want good food, go elsewhere.
