Sushi as it should be in Versilia

Good sushi, wide choice. The only flaw is the large amount of sauces they put on the rolls, too much mayonnaise and too much mustard in my opinion, but this can be remedied by removing it. Friendly staff. It was born as a self-service and remains so for some things.

Flavors out of the ordinary, very very good

Sushi ok, better than other places in the fort... but saying that "there is no bathroom because there is no table service" makes no sense, so what should they say in a motorway restaurant? Or in some mountain refuges where they do self-service?

Si sente veramente la differenza per la qualità della materia prima e la maestria della preparazione. Infatti tutto è digeribile e leggero, seppur gustoso e particolare. Da quando abbiamo provato il sushi del Kooka abbiamo abbandonato tutti gli altri.

Prima volta a cena, consigliato da dei nostri amici del posto, ci avevano detto che il sushi era buono e il servizio veloce. Non so se è stata una sera “sfortunata” la nostra, ma siamo arrivati per le 20.45 e il nostro ordine non è arrivato fino alle 22.30. Inoltre il locale non prevede servizio al tavolo, ma devi apparecchiarti e ritirare l’ordine al banco. Sushi nella media, ho mangiato in “all you can eat” in cui era migliore, per il prezzo e per come è andata la serata non credo di tornarci.
