Lots of variety of meats and cheeses, nice location, slightly high prices but high quality

Ercoli is a successful mix of a sauce store with excellent products and a dinner/aperitif bistro. The platters are delicious with both cheeses and cured meats, including foreign ones or excellent products from small local Italian producers. There are also cooked dishes but I always had an aperitif. Prices are a little higher than the already medium-high area being Parioli. And the portions are borderline "just right". In the sense that a little more wouldn't hurt! There is no question about quality. Inside it is not very big and a little cramped because there are counters for selling products. The tables outside are a little close to each other. The staff is kind and helpful. During the day they also have dishes ready to take away

Very nice place, well furnished and pleasant. Attentive and prepared service in the description of the products. Large and varied menu with excellent products. We tried the buffalo mozzarella and burrata, both very good The tagliatelle with truffle was super. The wine list is also interesting. Price a little expensive but you pay for the area. They have a car park nearby. In great comfort. I will return to try other dishes and products

If you're an American, traveling to Rome, PLEASE put this on your list!! This is the first restaurant that we came to that doesn't have their menu translated to English. The entire staff was very accommodating and helpful. Most importantly, the food was to die for. We got a cutting board. ( Le excellence Italiane) Which had a jam that is AMAZING. Strawberry, peach, fig and ginger) They brought bread to share, which was also awesome. (Olive oil and balsamic to accompany). We shared a mezze maniche fresh Alla carbonara con yoga parisi, which was a fresh, flavorful pasta with bacon. The balance was delightful! Our server was just as helpful as the (manager?) who brought our wine. Wine... Franz Haas Pinot negro. Delightful. Finally, ended with a complementary limoncello for us both and a tiramisu that was... Incredible. Hands down, best food since we arrived in Italy and we're planning to come back tomorrow night!

Really beautiful place, inside there was also a food shop, obviously I bought a half sleeve all'amatriciana, really, really good, if I must say, a little too expensive, and a little underpriced.

Sebastian was an amazing mentor as he tutored us through a fabulous four-plate tasting menu with wine pairings. Exceptional knowledge and wonderful storytelling. A highly recommended experience! 10/10 and highly recommended!

EN Best bar service I've ever had. Bartender Ricardo knew how to perfectly materialize what I wanted in terms of flavor in a cocktail. The atmosphere is fantastic and the services are highly multifaceted. Excellent.
