I had an excellent experience at Koko Sushi in Sassari. The quality of the products is clearly one of the restaurant's greatest strengths—fresh fish, well-prepared cuts, and meticulous presentation. You can see the care in choosing the ingredients and preparing each piece. The flavors are very well thought out and balanced, without exaggeration, highlighting the essence of each combination. The menu is varied and caters to those who prefer more traditional options as well as those who like to try different creations. Special mention goes to the gunkan, very well assembled and flavorful, and to the Philadelphia uramaki, which was simply impeccable—creamy in just the right way and with a great proportion of rice to filling. In addition to the food, the service deserves praise: the staff is extremely helpful, attentive, and always available to explain the dishes or suggest options. A place that combines quality, variety, and welcoming service.

I went to this restaurant for lunch two days ago, and unfortunately, it wasn't a memorable experience. The raw seafood selection was very limited, almost nonexistent. Furthermore, the wine I'd chosen from the menu wasn't available. It's clear they're trying to cut corners on staff, a problem that unfortunately affects many restaurants in Italy these days. The result is slow and unresponsive service. Honestly, given the value for money and the service, I'm not going to eat out anymore. It's a place you go once out of curiosity, but you never go back. We're only okay with it because there was nothing else, but I wouldn't recommend it.

Overall, a recommended place for a casual evening or for those who want sushi with friends, without too many gourmet pretensions. Prices are average and the atmosphere is pleasant.
