Number one restaurant, the best Sushi I've ever eaten. The owner Luigi and his sons who run the place are nice and friendly. Absolutely recommended. Domenico Costanzo

The quality of the ingredients is undeniable, but honestly it doesn't seem very different from a classic all you can eat, I find melted cheese a terrible match and it is present in many uramaki on the menu, the high price of the dishes is not justified, given that a portion of uramaki costs more than 10 euros, if they at least made an effort to think of a more imaginative presentation, it could be an idea to make the price sensible. Over summer it's 30° degrees outside and -10° inside the room. It's a shame because the staff is very friendly, but the dishes are average, nothing remarkable. (Edit, I added a screenshot of the menu. But have you at least read it?)

Have been here several times, my favorite restaurant in Florence. Personally love NIGIRI❤️. I'd suggest for friends. I'm definitely going to come back again and next time gonna try the koko rolls, I've heard from other people in the restaurant that those are the top dishes here.

If you are a regular sushi eater (outside of Italy) this restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. This is average sushi at high prices. Tempura batter is not what is used in Japanese restaurants in Japan or Brazil. The sushi is not prime fish, the guiozas are dismal. This is only if you simply can’t look at pasta for a few days.

piatti ottimi come al.solito. peccato per i tavolini attaccati e incastrati, il.pochissimo spazio per muoversi e l'aria condizionata a palla sulla nuca che però hanno abbassato su richiesta.

14/06/2024: Siamo stati a cena per la prima volta dopo tanto tempo che volevamo andarci, e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Consigliamo il piano superiore davvero suggestivo, sembra di trovarsi in Giappone. Bruno il proprietario è davvero molto simpatico e gentile nel descrivere bene i piatti. Deliziosi nighiri, uramaki e il sashimi. Strepitoso il California special!!Si sente l’alta qualità del cibo. Sicuramente da consigliarlo e sicuramente ci torneremo.
27/04/2024: Siamo andati per la prima volta invogliati dalle ottime recensioni (anche se era dall'altra parte della città). L'ambiente è accogliente, semplice e personale molti gentile e disponibile, su suggerimento del proprietario abbiamo assaggiato vari tipi di sushi tutti buonissimi e abbiamo apprezzato in particolare la freschezza del pesce. La sorpresa finale è stata la scoperta del piano superiore...dove la prossima volta prenoteremo sicuramente "con largo anticipo". Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità prezzo
