Excellent cuisine, the Japanese dishes made us dream. Very nice and friendly staff, fast service. Very welcoming and intimate place, bright and full of bottles of wine on display. Excellent cuisine. A very successful mix between Piedmont and Japan that you don't expect. He conquered us. Music playlist, TOP.

Not just wines an experience Great place to drink with friends. You can choose from numerous bottles of wine even off the menu. To nibble we tried anchovies/cheeses and a delicious Japanese dish, a real treat. Truly exquisite staff plus the blonde girl who is beautiful, polite and very knowledgeable. We will definitely be back

Ci torniamo almeno una volta all'anno. Si mangia (vitello tonnato indimenticabile) e si beve bene. Posizione incantevole nel centro di Barbaresco.

11/02/2025: I went to this place with my family and we had a roll, a sandwich and a pizza. I ate the pizza and I must say that I was satisfied as it was good. My wife ate her sandwich and tasted my daughter's roll and confessed to me that she had eaten better ones even though overall they weren't bad. The place only has a couple of flaws in my opinion. The first is that if you stop to eat in the place you have to keep your jacket on as there is always a draft, and the other is that the place doesn't stock beer or any type of "alcoholic". However, overall I can say that if you take it away it is an excellent place in the area.
25/01/2025: The kebab is very tasty and excellent for lunch (I recommend the kebab menu for the excellent quality/price ratio)

17/03/2025: I met this inn a month ago, for a simple sip of genepy..yesterday I went back for lunch with friends..good food, right from the mountains, XL portions, kind staff and owners and fast service.. I recommend it
04/03/2025: Dopo quasi 40 anni a Montoso decidiamo di mangiare la pizza da loro. Naturalmente abbiamo prenotato la mattina. Pizza molta buona, anche la birra ed il dolce. Ambiente semplice molto “montano”. L’unica pecca, ma poca roba, un po’ di attesa per prendere le ordinazioni. Gli altri avventori hanno ordinato fritto misto, spezzatino e sembrava tutto buonissimo. Bisogna prenotare perché il paese è piccolo e anche loro devono potersi organizzare. Ci tornerò per il fritto .
