Kisaki Ramen & Sushi In Roma

It’s unbelievable that such an authentic Japanese restaurant hidden among countless great Italian restaurants.

2025/4/10 On the second day after arriving in Rome, I wanted to eat ramen, and I saw this shop while walking between attractions. At first, I just wanted to drink hot soup, but I didn’t expect the ramen I ordered was so authentic. I saw that the staff all looked foreign. Why did the food taste so authentic? It turned out that there was a Japanese chef. I immediately added some fried chicken. It was really the original Japanese flavor. I was so happy 🥳 I can eat authentic Japanese food in Europe🥘, and I also ordered local beer for drinks. It tastes good. Fried chicken with beer🍻Awesome

I really liked the wide selection and quality of the ramen. Lately I have the impression that there have been some changes in the offer and they have left me with a different feeling. I will add some details as requested in the response to my review. I came back to you with the memory of the taste of the fish ramen that I had some time ago. They informed us that unfortunately it was not available. I had a Tori Teriyaki. I know that the white meat must be well cooked but for my taste it was too much and the quantity/price ratio considering that we are talking about chicken seemed a bit unbalanced. It must have been an unfortunate episode. I will return and I will be happy to change my mind and my review if I get up from the table with a different feeling.

After several days in Italy, we wanted a change and were glad to run into this little restaurant near the Pantheon. We were immediately greeted by staff and promptly seated. It was a nice afternoon so we opted for the outdoor seating. We had fairly low expectations but were pleasantly surprised. The food tasted just as good, if not better, than the Japanese restaurants we frequented in California. We each had the spicy miso ramen. The broth was savory and full of depth, and not salty. We didn’t realize there were options to customize until we were finished. Otherwise, I would have added some sliced pork. Also had some seared tuna, karaage, and beer.

It was tasty and fast, but the price was higher than the average price. For lunch for one, ordering two different rolls and tea, it cost 50 euros.

Locale carino e ben frequentato da coppie e famiglie romane. Abbiamo cenato solo con sushi nigiri e rolls che sono risultati deliziosi sia per la preparazione del riso che la qualità del pesce. Con due birre 120€ in due. Magari ordinando una frittura e/o ramen e meno sushi si riduce il costo. Esperienza positiva!

Sono un amante del cibo giapponese e Kisaki mi è piaciuto molto. Ho fatto anche delivery in passato. Proposta di Ramen notevole difficile da trovare a Roma. Ho avuto Ramen e sashimi molto buoni. Unica pecca secondo me, il sakè caldo, non eccezionale, ambiente freddo, un po’ anonimo, personale di sala un po’ distaccato.
