While in Rome, Italy celebrating our 34th wedding anniversary in March 2025. My husband found this quaint tucked away Japanese Sushi & ramen restaurant.
When I tell you, everything we ate was so fresh, mouthwatering, delicious and delicately prepared I was blown away with every single bite. The flavors were so savory and just the right amount of seasoning.
The staff were professional, courteous and attentive. Well worth your time and money. If you ever find yourself in Rome, Italy be sure to seek this place out. 10/10
I promise you’ll thank me later. Bona petite! Tell them, Janice sent you.

Great, authentic Japanese food.
Tastes very much the same as actual japanese food you would find in Japan.
Ordered the sushi take, shoyu ramen, spicy ramen, shio ramen and yakisoba.
Yakisoba tasted a little off but the ramen and sushi were fantastic! Definitely coming back for this.

Food: to vary a bit from pastas, pizzas and other Italian dishes, we went to this place to have ramen and it went very well. They have a good variety of ramen and it was very delicious.
Service: very good, attentive, friendly.
Atmosphere: comfortable indoor dining room. They also have tables outside.
Would I return: yes.

Esperienza positiva!

After a long week in Venice, which lacked diversity in their food scene, I needed something outside of Italian cuisine. Kisaki Ramen was our first stop in Rome, and I was so glad that I found this place.
This restaurant offers very authentic Japanese ramen. The broth is rich, the ramen noodles are bouncy, and the half boiled egg was perfect. My wife stuck with a more traditional style of ramen (Hokkaido Miso), while I had to venture out and try the beef ramen. The broth was very beefy, and I enjoyed the chunks of beef. We also ordered the Oishi spicy sake roll, which is essentially your maki but without the seaweed. It was filled with salmon and avocado and paired with Sriracha and spicy mayo.
I dropped one star from the service because the sushi came out much later after our ramen. I was nearly done with my bowl by the time it was out, and there were only two other tables at the time. The server also forgot the bowls for soy sauce. Minor offenses, but not perfect.
Excellent restaurant if you're looking for Japanese cuisine. I highly recommend and would happily return.

After a few days in Rome with pastas, gnocchi and pizzas we decided to diversify.
We chose Kisaki restaurant as an evening guest. A beautiful and good restaurant.
We ate Gyoza, Ramen, Yakimeshi Veg, Yasai Tendon, a sushi dish. Good service, reasonable prices
