King Grill-Bar In Vicenza

I ordered skewers and a bacon sandwich. The skewers were delicious, no problems, but I had a problem with the sandwich. The menu said it had bacon and raclette cheese, but there wasn't any cheese.

We were served by a girl named Nenè, who was friendly and very attentive to detail. She was very helpful and courteous, always eager to help us use the offers and coupons. The manager, Agata, is beautiful and always smiling.

I went for lunch, undecided whether to go to Mc's or theirs. Since there was a publicity stunt outside that Classic Burgers are 50% off on Thursdays, I took advantage of it. I got the Classic Burger... but I paid full price. I asked why, and the girl kindly replied that you have to download the app for the discount... (It was actually written on the menu, my mistake for not reading it). Anyway, it would have been nice if someone who works there had suggested it when we were ordering... sometimes it doesn't take much to build customer loyalty. I'm a sales assistant, and whenever there's a promotion in the store, I'm inclined to let people know.
