24/12/2024: Intrigued by the content on social media, we strongly wanted to move "from theory to practice", and we were not disappointed. The omelettes are delicious, but a special tribute to the Genoese queen is a must, it is worth every single penny. The pizza dough is particular but at the same time tasty and light, it doesn't have to be chewed, it really melts in the mouth and the next day the body feels great, even though we ate a lot... Special mention here for the Radici Napoletane, I like it it left us speechless (but full of flavour). Beyond the Emotions as he calls them, which are shared at the table with the other guests, a sincere thank you to Maestro Roberto Susta. He welcomes guests with kindness, friendliness and above all HONESTY. We shared opinions and food culture, it was not a simple dinner, but also a lesson in passion for one's work. The prices are not for everyone, it is admitted in the videos and you can understand it from the price list, however the place was full, this means that beyond the criticism for its own sake, people are interested and aware of the merit. Today I discovered that places like this hide nothing, they are masters of everything, impeccable service and dishes worthy of their flavors and traditions.
As a pizza chef I can tell you that their work of study and perfection is well rewarded.
The owner is a very sociable and welcoming person and the staff are really well trained.
Taking such a long trip and finding yourself in such a place is priceless, thanks to everyone
