The truffle meatballs are excellent... except the sword meat, tasty but a little tough

Strano che questo profilo abbia così poche recensioni, vista la fama di KILO e la sua posizione centrale. Non è la prima volta che vengo in questo posto (oltre che in quello storico di Via Tirso) ed è una continua riconferma. Assaggiato antipasti con jamon serrano, poi come portata principale un controfiletto Wagyu australiano, ottimo. Tutto sempre molto buono, ottimo il servizio, veloce, disponibile e attento. Una serata di mercoledì non molto piena, tutto è riuscito al meglio, specialmente i tempi di attesa. Consigliato.

I recently returned to Kilo for dinner with some friends but we were all a little disappointed. The swords, which are the main dish of the place, are good as usual, but the rest of the meat left us quite perplexed, neither the choice nor the quality seems to be what it used to be. Very good starters and side dishes and the wine list has proposals in line with the current level of the restaurant. The service is a bit chaotic and you have to stretch your arms a bit to get the attention of a waiter. Maybe it was a bad evening and I'll still leave 4 stars but I don't know if we'll go back again (at least to the place in Via della Lega Lombarda).

Excellent quality meat but overpriced

Restaurant where they make the last meat! There are various types and cuts. Particular are the "Swords" of various types, from beef to chicken. I tasted the chicken sword, very tender. Furthermore, the Australian Wagyu is also very good, soft and with a good flavour, accompanied with grilled vegetables.
