Ample parking and drive-thru options, but the entrance and exit aren't well marked, nor are the markings on the ground. Convenient app with discount coupons, and the ability to order directly on the way in and find your order ready. The store is modern, but the cleanliness of the interior—tables, floors, bathrooms, and bins—is pitiless, almost embarrassing. Everything you see or touch is greasy and has crumbs of breadcrumbs. Receipts and tissues on the floor. Bins are full. In about an hour of multiple visits, I've never seen anyone clean or tidy up. The already limited staff probably can't handle even that during peak hours. Like their competitors, M, they should have an external cleaning service that handles just that. The chicken is good!

The food is good, but staff and service was not great. Good place to grab a quick bite and eat in the car. That’s all.

Strolling through the Milanofiori shopping center in Assago, I then left the restaurant and went for lunch at KFC, an acronym for Kentucky Fried Chicken, an international American fast food chain specializing in fried chicken. This fast food restaurant next to the shopping center has plenty of tables inside and outside on the outdoor terrace overlooking the mall. It also has a large parking lot at the Mirafiori shopping center and UCI Cinemas. There are vending machines for ordering food and they offer free drink refills, meaning you can drink as many drinks as you want. I sat at an inside table and ordered a large Kentucky Cheese and Bacon double menu. Everything was delicious, delicious, and filling. The staff were welcoming, competent, friendly, and helpful. They don't serve tables, and the prices were good! A beautiful place Good, porky food With just the right amount of spiciness and salt to keep you from getting thirsty

First time trying KFC drive thru. It works great!

The location is in line with the chain's other stores. The wait at the drive-thru is sometimes very long. The interior, however, is clean.

It's one of the most aesthetically pleasing places, but the sandwiches are always cold, it's not as clean as it should be, and the customers too...

Sandwich without questionable bread

Probably on Sundays we would need 3 more people... the wait is about 40 minutes for a sandwich... Too long really.
