Situated on Via Toledo, right by Piazza Carità, this KFC location is large and well organized, despite the constant flow of customers. The venue offers several indoor seating areas with multiple tables, a staffed counter alongside self-service kiosks, and a covered outdoor seating area in the square, making it suitable both for quick meals and for sitting down comfortably. Service is generally fast and efficient, even during peak hours. During a quick stop, we tried one of the wraps, along with corn on the cob and fries. The wrap was freshly prepared and practical for a fast meal, while the sides were well portioned and consistent with the brand’s standard. Overall, the menu offers good variety and reliable options. The space is clean, functional, and designed to handle high customer volumes without feeling chaotic. A practical choice for a quick stop in one of Naples’ busiest areas.

The fries were tasteless. 20 pieces of wing wings for 10 euros is good value.

Pretty mediocre, I thought it would have something of better quality than here in Mexico.

We order takeout. As usual, they change tactics over the years... to be clear, the one in the photo is a Tender, noticeably slightly larger than the mayo. A thin piece of chicken and plenty of breading.

Very friendly and fast. I often come here with my family even though there are a lot of people. They always manage to be efficient and kind. The products are really tasty.
