Sublime and superlative, quality food. It all melts in your mouth. Place with soft lights and super romantic/intimate, every little detail is not left to chance. The staff accompanies you in a unique and unforgettable experience, from the choice of wine to dessert. The price, however high, reflects both the value of the food and all the work behind it. To return!

A wonderful Omakase experience but some things to improve upon. Overall a 5 star experience.
Note: the 7 course Omakase menu takes about 2.5 to 3 hours total.
Positives
+ Service was fantastic and professional with different cooks preparing the dishes table side, and giving explanations about the respective dish.
+ Food was fresh and wonderfully presented in beautiful tableware.
+ Nice variety of tastes and textures in the 7 different dishes.
Constructive criticism:
-The wine pairing was a bit disappointing and didn't quite go well with the meal.
-I wish there were more raw fish options like sashimi or maki. But I understand that the whole point of Omakase is to leave it up to the chef.

We had dinner for two, both choosing the omasake menu. Menu, which from what we read, leaves the chef carte blanche on the choice of dishes in order to surprise the customer. Considering the final cost of 150 each, we were thinking of something much better and unfortunately we were surprised in the negative. Of all the seven courses, only one dish surprised me. The other dishes on the menu seemed to me to be on par with a common Japanese restaurant, where at least you don't spend this much money. We also chose to try the wagyu sirloin and nothing to say about this, it lived up to expectations. From reviews and notoriety I was hoping for better.

It was a great experience, all very good. They were good at making us grasp all the delicious flavor and essence of Japanese food.
The staff very kind and helpful.
The elegant and quiet environment, however in my opinion they could have made us feel more like we were in Japan with all its charm. For the rest all good. I recommend it 😊

Even though we were 45 minutes late after booking, they made us sit in a lounge and offered us two glasses while we waited. Quality sushi and a fair price for what you eat, helpful waiters and a welcoming and warm atmosphere. Absolutely worth trying!

Location molto curata, camerieri, sommelier... molto attenti, cibo di ottima qualità presentato bene, porzioni abbondanti. Per quanto riguarda il prezzo è da eventi speciali ma ci tornerò😉. Consigliato
