It is one of the best Japanese restaurants I've ever experienced. A must try if you're in town.

Exceptional is the only word to describe the dinner on Saturday night at Kensho; I had already been once several years ago, I think more or less before covid, but I didn't remember anything similar!
My husband and I would like to congratulate you for the excellent service from all the staff: kind, polite and professional.
We opted for the "omakase" menu which in Japanese means "I trust you" and we couldn't have made a better choice.
We added the Wagyu steak to the menu which we couldn't resist... a real treat!
It's an experience without equal in Turin that we wholeheartedly recommend!

We went to Kensho in November during the ATP, we chose it only from the photos on Instagram, but I have to say that it pleasantly surprised us. The dishes I had were delicious, the staff were very kind and since I wrote in the reservation that it was my birthday they prepared a cake with a candle, they were really nice. We will return to Turin for the ATP and we will definitely go back.

Situato nel cuore di Torino, ma come ti siedi a tavola come in un matrix ti ritrovi a Tokio.
Piatti spettacolari .Dal sushi omakase, al french toast, al tris di ostriche, all' udon. Tutto eccellente ,servizio celere. Personale accogliente e simpatico. Sicuramente da ritornarci.💯

Sublime and superlative, quality food. It all melts in your mouth. Place with soft lights and super romantic/intimate, every little detail is not left to chance. The staff accompanies you in a unique and unforgettable experience, from the choice of wine to dessert. The price, however high, reflects both the value of the food and all the work behind it. To return!

A wonderful Omakase experience but some things to improve upon. Overall a 5 star experience.
Note: the 7 course Omakase menu takes about 2.5 to 3 hours total.
Positives
+ Service was fantastic and professional with different cooks preparing the dishes table side, and giving explanations about the respective dish.
+ Food was fresh and wonderfully presented in beautiful tableware.
+ Nice variety of tastes and textures in the 7 different dishes.
Constructive criticism:
-The wine pairing was a bit disappointing and didn't quite go well with the meal.
-I wish there were more raw fish options like sashimi or maki. But I understand that the whole point of Omakase is to leave it up to the chef.

Location molto curata, camerieri, sommelier... molto attenti, cibo di ottima qualità presentato bene, porzioni abbondanti. Per quanto riguarda il prezzo è da eventi speciali ma ci tornerò😉. Consigliato
