Best Kebap in Turin, quality meat and bread. The place is large, bright and the kitchen is separate, which avoids going out with clothes saturated with odors, as happens in almost all other kebab shops. Non-alcoholic drinks only. The kebap dish at 16 euros seems decidedly too expensive to me.

The kebab is very good, it has a delicate flavor and very different from those found in most kebab shops. But the best part is that you can feel the passion that has been put in over the years to arrive at this product, the sacrifice made over the years and the dedication in creating such a good kebab.
The price is completely honest and in accordance with the quality of the product.

The new headquarters in via Frejus 4, large and tastefully furnished, are beautiful. I've been going to Demir for years and the quality is always excellent. Yesterday I tried kebap with bulgur, a truly excellent dish. Always at their best, staff also very kind and very professional (which is no small thing!)

I wouldn't call it the best kebab in Turin, as it was recommended to me, but simply a good kebab. Far from the tastes of the classic kebab which is generally fuller of sauces and tasty, this turns out to be a "healthy" kebab, a little dry and not very enjoyable if the expectation is the classic kebab. The bread was very good, it definitely didn't weigh you down. The price is actually higher than average but I think it is due to the quality of the meat which has a different taste as it is Piedmontese. Overall good, just don't expect the usual kebab!
