14/11/2025: Lunch at Aunt Rosa's!!! Today, passing through Cisternino with an uncontrollable craving for bombette, we stumbled upon this place after 2 pm, thinking we were completely out of time, but instead we were greeted with extreme kindness. The staff are cheerful and genuine, entertaining us pleasantly while we waited. The bombette and breaded capocollo steak were spectacular. A sincere and welcoming place, excellent prices. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you so much, keep up the good work!
