The perfect hostess, a wonderful landlady. Excellent food.

This day we came, was the first time in around four years that we ate at Kathi’s, due to moving. However the owner remembered us, to our surprise! I would personally say that Kathi loves the people she serves, and wants to welcome every guest with her heart. May God bless her and the work of her hands! ❤️ As for the food, I personally love the roasted potatoes, and the knödel. The salad that came with it was also very nice. For desert, I would recommend the tiramisu, it was very good the day we came. We arrived right before rush hour in the afternoon, so towards the end of our meal the waitresses’ attention was split between the tables and the service became a bit slower. I would say reservation is recommended if you’re coming in a larger group depending on the time of day, just in case. I noticed smoking is allowed outside, which may affect the experience of some people who are sensitive to it, but it is overall a comfortable and quiet place to sit.

Nestled in one of the many apple orchards, this quaint little restaurant offers friendly service and quality food. Recommended!

We've been to the snack bar several times now and each time we left with a happy smile on our faces and a full stomach. Unfortunately, this year was the last time, as this cozy and friendly place will be closing for the time being at the end of October. It's very sad, as the reasons are so banal. All the best to the staff, and perhaps a happy ending 🥰

Unfortunately, Kathi is retiring soon, which is a real shame. It'll all pass, but next year it won't be anything anymore.

We received a very friendly welcome. I had the best dumplings with sauerkraut I've ever had here. The tiramisu dessert was also delicious.
