Lovely place, friendly and courteous staff. We ate very well and used the €20 discount included in the cost of the P1 car park for Lake Braies. For those who are not afraid of climbs it is possible to get there by taking the path that starts from Malga Foresta (we took it by mistake but we survived 🤣)

We returned to this hut 4 times in a week's holiday. The manager, his wife and their Ligurian friend are very nice and welcoming, the food excellent. Super recommended!

Dopo una lunga camminata ci siamo fermati in questa malga autentica ed a gestione familiare. Una malga di altri tempi, tutta in legno fuori dal turismo di massa! Ci sono pochi tavoli, ma il cibo viene preparato al momento con ingredienti a Km0. Provare per credere! Le porzioni sono super abbondanti…come una volta! Suggerisco di non fermarsi alla prima malga ma di continuare ancora per 1km, troverete questa piacevole sorpresa! Ritorneremo presto!

Typical and genuine mountain hut, with familiar and courteous service. You can get there via a fairly comfortable path or dirt road (pity about the many construction works in the valley). Very generous portions and good quality food. The only flaw is the price/quality ratio which is a bit high.

Excellent food and very beautiful view

One of the very few remaining authentic huts. Local products and typical home cooking. Panoramic landscape with various shades of colors. Very kind owners, nice and friendly guy. Absolutely not to be missed is the tour of the 2000 mountain huts and the stop in this enchanting "alm".
