Excellent experience...all my expectations were fulfilled, from the environment, from the welcome, from the service and obviously from the dishes! Everything was excellent, refined but "substantial"... well-finished, beautiful and truly high-quality dishes!

Romans but on holiday in Sicily, my partner and I had dinner here on the first days of the new year, taking two tasting menus. We discovered an extraordinary and truly passionate cook (or chef, you name it). Honorable mention for its tuna, the best I've ever eaten! In my opinion, chefs are divided between those who do it for passion and those who do it for work. Antonio does it out of passion and that makes all the difference in the world! A special thanks to the service, a sore point in restaurants in all big cities, but which in this restaurant is professional and courteous without being intrusive. The only downside is that I won't be able to return anytime soon...!

Materie prime e stagionalità totale, un ristorante in salita ma con la sua qualità la vetta è solo l’inizio ! Ci sono stata leggendo le recensioni altrui, ma ha superato di gran lunga le aspettative ! Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo! We ate here on the recommendation of our host. It is really a very fine restaurant. We recommend the appetizer platter with the fish + Gamberi crude marinated. Afterwards we had Spaghetti Vongole and Spaghetti Gamberi Rosso. Everything tasted really good and the price/performance ratio was also good. We paid just under 100 euros for 3 excellent meals and 1 bottle of wine. The perfect tip for anyone who loves fine fish cuisine.

The food was outstanding and sublime. The service attentive in a beautiful restaurant. We had multiple courses- the pistachio and shrimp pasta was so delicious. Subsequently ate the same dish at another restaurant in town and there was no comparison. Don't miss going there.

24/01/2025: All in all the food is good and the service is quick, obviously the menu is fixed, and the dishes are always the same but every now and then it's a pleasure to go there for lunch, the staff is friendly and the dishes are typical, tasty and of good quality. Reservations are recommended
