Restaurant that makes the difference, in the great gastronomic parterre of the city of Agrigento Captivating location, minimal chic furnishings, with melange tones, located on the first floor of a residential building, with a convivial internal floor and balconies as dehores overlooking the legendary staircase of the church of San Calogero. A seductive menu stimulates tasting journeys in a semi-gourmet key, optional, in relation to one's tastes, marine or mountain, with various off-menu items. Each dish is a sensorial discovery, carefully studied, cared for in an impeccable mise en place, thanks to the dedication of a very good chef, such as Antonio Cipolla, who directs his team with extreme precision, professionalism and mastery, and humility, indicative of long experience in the field. Their warm and delicate home-made bread products are excellent. The synergy between kitchen and dining room is perfect, with the masterful direction of a perfect maitre, prepared, meticulous and professional. Room service present, meticulous and attentive. Their exhaustive cellar is a real flagship, in which a fine choice of bubbles and champagne stands out. Good value for money, in line with the range of peers in the sector.

Ristorante che fa la differenza, nel grande parterre gastronomico della città di Agrigento Location accattivante, arredamento minimal chic, con toni melange, sito al primo piano di un palazzo residenziale, con un piano interno conviviale e balconi come dehores che si affacciano sulla mitica scalinata della chiesa di San Calogero. Un menù seducente, stimola percorsi gustativi in chiave semi gourmet, opzionabili, in relazione ai propri gusti, marini o montani, con diversi fuori menu. Ogni piatto, è una scoperta sensoriale, oculatamente studiato, curato in un'ineccepibile mise en place, grazie alla dedizione di un bravissimo chef, quale Antonio Cipolla , il quale dirige la sua brigata, con estrema precisione, professionalità e maestria, ed umiltà, indice di lunga esperienza in campo. Ottimi i loro panificati home made caldi e fiabrili. Perfetta la sinergia tra cucina , e sala, con la magistrale direzione di una perfetta maitre, preparata, meticolosa e professionale. Servizio in sala presente, meticoloso e attento. Esaustiva la loro cantina un vero fiore all'occhiello , in cui primeggia una fine scelta di bollicine e champagne. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, in linea al range dei pari del settore.

This is a great restaurant that combines Sicilian food with international sophistication. The decoration is elegant, with exquisite and attentive service. Each dish is carefully chosen. The wine list is very extensive with emphasis on Sicilian offers. The best part is the prices: similar to touristy restaurants in Sicily, in other words, an incredible value for what you get. Very highly recommended.
