Impeccable service, fantastic food beyond all expectations. The staff were extremely kind yet unobtrusive. I highly recommend it.

The restaurant immediately strikes you with its beauty: the location is truly evocative, with meticulous attention to detail, perfect for both a romantic dinner and a relaxing lunch. It's a shame that the rest of the experience didn't live up to the ambiance. The menu is ambitious, but the execution leaves something to be desired. Some dishes are unbalanced in flavor. You can sense the intent to create sophisticated cuisine, but the precision needed to truly achieve that level is still lacking. There is potential. The service, unfortunately, was the weakest point. The staff seemed undertrained, the manager seemed more arrogant than helpful, with an attitude that gave the impression that the customer was almost superfluous.

We went to Kalamo for the second time, with knowledgeable hosts, because I knew I'd offer them a dinner worthy of their expectations. And they did not disappoint: four tasting menus paired with wines chosen with the guidance of the friendly and knowledgeable sommelier, absolutely exquisite. We'll definitely be back.

Very good food, from the appetizer (shared fried food), to the first course (linguine with lobster) and the second course (duck breast). Very kind and attentive staff. We will definitely return on our future trips to Sicily and we highly recommend it!

Kàlamo has a very beautiful ambiance and is lovingly designed. The service was extremely friendly and attentive. We had beef tartare for starters, which was of excellent quality and beautifully presented. I followed it with duck breast, which also tasted fantastic. It was cooked pink and also very attractively presented. My partner had fried mushrooms, which also tasted delicious. We accompanied it with a very good red wine and finished it off with a dessert that was melt in our mouths. It was a wonderful birthday dinner, and we will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Eating at Kalamo is like immersing yourself in an experience of flavors that leaves you absolutely gratified. The place (really beautiful) and the courteous and punctual service complete the whole thing.
