Kaiten Taku In Bari

Excellent Japanese restaurant in the heart of Bari. The menu is varied, everything is freshly prepared, very fresh and with quality raw materials. Refined and quiet environment, attentive and friendly staff. I would suggest replacing the paper napkins with cloth ones, which are more appropriate, considering the level of the room. The best in Bari.

One of the city's à la carte Japanese restaurants, it always leaves a feeling of I wish I could but I can't. Good but in my opinion it can improve and especially at those prices in Bari there is better.

Beautiful atmosphere great food

We took the chef's selection of 24 rolls and each one was better than the other, from today I became a truffle lover, they all tasted delicious and were different from each other. As a first course we were undecided between two dishes and the waiter satisfied us with two samples of both, (plated octopus and prawn udon and yakisoba with courgettes, prawns and cuttlefish) very good. With two glasses of wine the bill was €80. Right for the quality, the service. I will definitely go back.

We had dinner in the summer venue at Canneto beach, a wonderful location, a dream setting and atmosphere. Excellent quality of dishes served and excellent service

Excellent quality à la carte Sushi Restaurant. We were a group of 4 and we took 4 different types of Udon. All excellent, especially those of typical Chinese/Japanese cuisine. The dishes revisited in an Apulian key are also excellent, but the taste and combinations must be pleasing. Divine sushi, really good uramaki so much so that the soy sauce placed in the bowl remained untouched. Very welcoming location. Very professional and accommodating staff. I will be back soon!!!

I wanted to like it. I liked the decor when I first walked in. But waiting 30 minutes to have your order taken (on a weekday, and only 3 tables in sight), and waiting a full hour for only nigiri (for 2 people, not a large party) exceeded the bounds of my patience. Was ready to walk out, but stuck with it. At least the fish was fresh, though the nigiri lacked inspiration. If you're in the mood for pesce crudo, there are other places at lower price points.
