The aperitif was very good and generous. In addition to what you see in the photo, it included a pizza for two, a couple of slices of cheese focaccia each, and a dessert. Excellent price.

We came to try the aperitif at Just Balilla. We were very surprised by the drink. Being a drinker, I put the bartender to the test. Perfect technique for all the drinks. You're very good. Sincere compliments. I recommend it for a good drink. Thank you.

I celebrated my 70th birthday with an aperitif menu in Bogliasco. I was delighted with both the various courses and the impeccable service. Thanks to all the staff, who were truly professional... and a special thanks to Miss Jessica, who was the life and soul of my party. Thank you for everything.

The best aperitif in Genoa. For just €17 per person, they offer cocktails (a wide selection), a shared appetizer platter, a pasta dish each, two pieces of cheese focaccia each, half a pizza each, and a pastry for dessert! Very friendly staff and a wide variety (the dishes change almost constantly).

A classic Genoa establishment whose excellent gelato has been and continues to be a staple throughout the city. The atmosphere is old-fashioned, tidy, and quiet, with good table service. The menu is extensive and varied, and the quality of the food and pastries is also top-notch. The only downside is the restroom, which inexplicably isn't up to par with the rest of the place: a renovation is desperately needed... and there should be no toilet paper.

11/12/2025: ⸻ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review for Blanche Pizzeria I had an excellent experience at Blanche Pizzeria. The pizzas are truly outstanding — baked in a wood-fired oven, full of flavor, and incredibly light. I enjoyed them so much that I actually ate two, and none of them felt heavy at all. The quality of the ingredients and the way they prepare the dough really make a difference. The staff is very polite, friendly, and easy to communicate with. They make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in, and the service is fast, attentive, and warm. Because of this great experience, I’ve decided that during my entire stay this month, I’ll definitely be a regular customer. Blanche Pizzeria has earned all five stars — highly recommended!
