22/08/2024: If placed in the context of its two stars it was a perfect experience and one that I plan to repeat in the autumn.
The room assigned to us was a double room with bathroom and terrace equipped with a table, four chairs, two of which were sun loungers and an umbrella for exclusive use, even though it was adjacent to others.
The bathroom is large and functional. The comfortable bed.
One of the strong points is the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas.
The flaw is the access door of the room: thin and with an inadequate closure, the lock is one of those for interior doors.
Furnishings are a little retro, but I remember that we are in a two-star hotel.
I chose half board. The breakfast is plentiful, in addition to the classic buffet of jams, biscuits, cereals, juices etc etc, there is a sort of menu available in which you can order (it is not an extra) what can be considered a savory breakfast. Ham, cheese, homemade bread, focaccia, croissants and fresh fruit are offered. Coffee and cappuccino are served by the dining room staff, I always consider it a winning choice, I hate the automatic dispensers that I now find even in hotels with double the stars!
For dinner you have the possibility to opt for an à la carte service or half board, as I did.
In this case, in the morning, you can choose between three first courses, three second courses, various side dishes, fruit or dessert. I underline how flexible they are in adapting the half board menu to any needs.
The environment is welcoming and familiar.
I think that in the middle of August finding a room for two with breakfast and dinner at 80 euros each is almost impossible, especially if I add the quality of the food and the courtesy of the staff, the dining room staff a little awkward but always available.
Two nights, two people, €330 including extras: 4 bottles of water, 4 deca coffees.
If you want a relaxing holiday and don't take the moon, you are in the ideal place
