Flavorful dishes with many local references. A varied but carefully selected menu. Recommended are the paccheri with fondue (first course) and the potato tart with porcini mushrooms (appetizer). The wine selection is overall good, both in terms of quality and price. The tiramisu is nothing special, but I'd personally give it a mere 6 out of 10. Beware of the wait for the tagliata, which we had to wait over 40 minutes for (due to the large number of people in the restaurant on a typical August evening).

We hadn't booked, but they found a table inside anyway. We had pizza, and I have to say it was good. Professional and friendly service. The only downside was a smile. Average price.

I had lunch at Jure on the last Monday in July, with a delicious plate of gnocchi with zucchini cream and crispy guanciale, with well-balanced flavors. I should add that the gnocchi were both firm and soft; compliments to whoever prepared them. The menu is varied and inviting, with both meat and fish options. There were two of us, and our order arrived in just over half an hour. The tables are set on terraces, offering only a partial view of the Sila Mountains—there's a school building opposite—but it's enough to enjoy the fresh air. I'd return 🙂

Our expectations were sky-high, and they were far exceeded! There were four of us, and every dish (each different) was impeccably presented with the highest-quality ingredients. We didn't try the pizza or pinsa this time, but we'll definitely be back to try them: they looked truly inviting! Eating outside was truly wonderful, a great way to recharge after a hot day! All very good, shame only for that slightly annoying TV on in the dining room. Unfortunately it is a problem of many restaurants... An appeal to all restaurateurs: turn them off and instead play some music at low volume, the environment would benefit from it!

As a Tour Guide, I recommend this restaurant to anyone who happens to be passing through San Giovanni in Fiore, a town not to be missed, with its beauty and history.

Jure è una splendida realtà della cittadina di San Giovanni in Fiore. Ambiente curato, menú che esalta le eccellenze locali, dal formaggio ai funghi al vino, con un ottimo rapporto qualità/ prezzo
