Excellent place for lovers of good meat. Unbeatable value. I've already been twice in a short time and will continue to bring friends and family. High-quality meat, expertly cooked. The service isn't impeccable, but the willingness and friendliness of the owner and staff makes everything enjoyable. Very fast service. I highly recommend it!

Domenica sera, ci cimentiamo in questo locale, dopo anni che volevamo andare. Beh che dire. Abbiamo preso polpette di cavallo, polpetta nelle foglie di limone, carne di cavallo e un panino. Le polpette stratosferiche, buonissime, tenere e saporite al punto giusto, carne che si scioglieva in bocca. Il panino con la polpetta, se devo fare un osservazione è di mettere 2 polpette, xké nel panino, buono croccante, si perde una polpetta. Pomodoro e mozzarelline buonissime.. Cmq da ritornare per il servizio, qualità altissima della carne e prezzo.

21/09/2025: The food is truly delicious! I gave it 4 stars for the service and atmosphere because the tables are on the street, with plastic cutlery, and you have to pick up your own plates and bring them to your table. But these are just minor details; the food is excellent and definitely worth a visit.
15/09/2025: Excellent sandwiches, plated meat could be improved. I've eaten at I Mantellina several times, and I must say the sandwiches are truly delicious: the sausage and caponata sandwich, in particular, is a true specialty, tasty and well-prepared. As for the plated beef, my experience wasn't as positive: the cut was unusual and poorly finished, and the meat was tough and sinewy. It was a generous portion, but I would have preferred less quantity and higher quality. In summary: I definitely recommend the sandwiches, which are the restaurant's strong point, but I wasn't entirely sold on the plated beef.

12/09/2025: Everything was perfect; the quality, quantity, and price were amazing! We ordered fries, a standard salad, an onion and bacon roll, two horse meat paninis, a bottle of water, and 1L of house wine for €27. The service was also very good. The only thing I don't like is that they charge €1.50 per person for a cover. But anyway, it's worth going.
07/09/2025: Quite a quiet place but the strong point is the famous horse steak and the onion salad. Try it and believe it.
