Julietta Pastry and Lab In Roma

We visited this store back in June after a power outage. Firstly it was closed and the lady from the store next door mentioned they will be closed for the whole day, but fortunately they opened (this was our last day in Rome). To be honest, based on the reviews and TikTok opinions we expected more, the look of pastry was spectacular, looked the same like the non-vegan New York Roll, but it was not that flavorful, mostly based on whipped cream with some vanilla. Maybe I just did not choose the best option for my taste, but we expected more. Other than that the atmosphere of the store is very nice, the service was quick and wonderful, I recommend this place to give a try because I did not get these pastry options in other cities of Europe, so I appreciated it. If we go back to Rome, I will definitely visit this place and try something else (a croissant or a cake).

Very good desserts. Apart from the cream, it's impossible to distinguish them from non-vegan desserts.

A WONDERFUL discovery This paradise is a must-visit for those like me who are lactose intolerant... Top service SUPERTOP food The only flaw is that it doesn't have outdoor seating and relies on a bistro next door.

My pistachio pastry was really good, but the American style croissant tasted stale which is a disappointing (did not taste freshly made)

Super experience, tried three types of brioche, each better than the other. An unforgettable breakfast, one of the best I've ever had. A must if you're in Rome.

The quality may be good, but by 11:00 it's all gone and you're forced to leave. If you ask the staff if anything will be out, they'll give you a rude answer as if you showed up five minutes before closing.

First time at Julietta's...I had four types of desserts: a tart with berries, a grandmother's tart, a lemon tart, and a coconut tart...what can I say...each one better than the last. The look alone makes you want to try them. Attention to detail. Delicate flavors, a harmony of flavors, and a light texture...not at all heavy. I'm really happy I tried them! I'll definitely be back to try the rest!! The price is also excellent...absolutely fair and not at all excessive. Thank you!
