23/05/2025: I ordered a gluten-free pizza after a long time, it improved a lot! the dough is really good, it doesn't remain floury and stringy like many gluten-free doughs, it is crumbly and has a good flavor
28/04/2025: Excellent yeast-free pizza with rustic flours. You are spoiled for choice. Asparagus and eggs to reorder!!
