All good at first glance. While I was eating I noticed that the inside of the pizza was slightly undercooked. I didn't want to be difficult and I ate it anyway and then paid for it all night. Perpetual thirst and pizza on my stomach until 5 in the morning. In my opinion, the dough had risen badly and the oven temperature was inadequate. So much so that after us nothing came out for at least half an hour. Unlucky evening, too bad.
