The burnt wheat dough was surprisingly exceptional, full-flavored, slightly rustic, and enveloping, very easy on the digestion—truly excellent. The pizza was delicious, very digestible, and had just the right amount of toppings. I arrived with a stomach ache and left without one :) Super! The service was very attentive to the customer's needs. The table was a bit small for four, but considering it was the pre-Christmas period, we were still happy to be able to book dinner so quickly. Even though the place was full, the service was quite quick. Everything was great.

A truly excellent experience. The freshest fish, cooked with great care and respect for the ingredients. Each dish was balanced in flavor, refined, and carefully presented. From the appetizer to the main course, you could taste the quality of the ingredients and the passion in the kitchen. The service was friendly and professional, and the atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. A seafood dinner that exceeded expectations. Highly recommended.

A delightful evening at Joyce in Maglie, as always. The food is excellent, both the pizza and the meat, truly exquisite. I love their cuisine! The staff is super attentive to their customers, always friendly and kind. I especially thank Deborah and Miranda for the attention they paid to our table, truly impeccable! What can I say? I love Joyce, the food, and the unique atmosphere. I would eat there every week!
