22/11/2024: Sakura Ramen is an authentic corner of Japan that is absolutely worth a visit! Octopus ravioli are a unique experience: the thin and perfectly cooked pasta contains a tasty and delicate filling, which conquers from the first bite. The homemade spring roll is extraordinary: crunchy, fragrant and with a balanced filling, you immediately notice the artisanal care taken in the preparation. The ramen, the real protagonist, is impeccable. The rich, full-bodied broth, perfectly textured noodles and fresh ingredients combine in a dish that warms the soul and satisfies the palate. Each bite transports you straight to a typical Japanese izakaya. The staff is extremely kind and welcoming, always ready to advise and make you feel at ease. Prices are average, especially considering the high quality of the raw materials and the level of attention dedicated to each dish. I highly recommend Sakura Ramen to both fans of Asian cuisine and those who want to experiment with new flavors. It is the perfect place for a relaxing and tasty dinner. I can't wait to go back!
