17/11/2025: To celebrate my 41st birthday, I chose Taverna dei Guelfi in Senigallia, and I can say it was an unforgettable lunch. From start to finish, every dish told a story of tradition and passion: the freshest raw antipasti, the richly flavorful strozzapreti alla Tino, the tagliatelle with wild boar and mushrooms that exuded the aroma of authentic and genuine cuisine. The grilled meat, accompanied by perfect side dishes, crowned a gastronomic journey that made the party special.
