The coffee is good as is the food. But you can't order coffee from a waitress with curly hair, whatever you want. But I'll give it the maximum rating because it's not the owner's fault that he has an unfriendly employee.

31/07/2025: During a business trip to Palo del Colle, I asked the waitress at the restaurant where I dined to recommend a gelateria. Without hesitation, she recommended Bar3000! I hadn't had such delicious gelato in a long time! Even though it didn't last long, it was truly memorable. I don't usually write reviews, but the gelato at Bar3000 was my best memory of this charming town!
