27/10/2024: The Etna winery with the longest history, a few kilometers from Milo. At the entrance the staff will ask you if you want to tour the cellar immediately or later, in our case it happened later. We were offered a selection of 5 wines as finger food. The explanation of the wines and the uncertainty of the waiters did not make the experience what we imagined. Moving on to the wines, the whites have a different flavor from the other whites of Etna, good, while the reds are a bit disappointing, especially the Sciara. The visit with explanation, carried out subsequently, did not convey to us what we imagined from such a cellar. I would not recommend the place if you are looking for a once-in-a-lifetime experience at a good price, i.e. €45.
