This bar has tremendous potential considering its location, but apparently the owners aren't interested in exploiting it... No table service, that's fine, but at least put up a sign to indicate it; extremely dirty bathrooms, doors that don't close, and no hand soap; Three stars only for the truly relaxing view directly on the lake.

Today, Sunday, August 10th, we stopped by the Jazz Café by chance. We met Maurizio, who was grilling salami, peppers, onions, and carefully and lovingly created a sandwich for you. I must say, we felt pampered, not only with a stunning view of the lake and the breeze, but the icing on the cake (something even renowned restaurants often don't have) was Maurizio's fruit, which we finished with a nice slice 🍉 It was great!!!! This little place is so beautiful: a little paradise. ❤️

Unfortunately, I have to deduct one star because of the attitude of the staff. We arrived on roller skates and were aware that there was no classic service here. Even so, we politely asked if it would be possible to bring two coffees to the table on the balcony (about 10 steps from the bar). The answer was a short "no". Well, we managed it ourselves, but we didn't even get spoons with the coffee. When I went back to ask, the staff showed me a pile of dirty dishes and said they didn't have any. So we only got a wooden stirrer. It's a shame that a place with such potential isn't used better, and with a little more helpful attitude the experience would have been much more pleasant.

Great beach for a day trip. The food was very good and the service very attentive and friendly. Reasonable prices and pleasant guests with whom you can quickly strike up a conversation. We'd love to come back!

03/03/2026: The croissants are undoubtedly fragrant, buttery, and as good as French ones. The various fillings are also good, and the coffee is good too. The place is spacious and clean, with a modern style. The staff is friendly and fast, but appropriately so. From my point of view, it's a place that aims to appeal to a select clientele, not a working-class one.
22/02/2026: Always good, although I've noticed a sharp increase in prices lately. I hope it's due to the high rents, because I understand the constant increases in raw materials, but the prices here are high despite the quality. About that, I have nothing to say; I love them.

20/02/2026: I went to this restaurant on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, for a vegan dinner... and alas, I have to say that the menu, while well-conceived, was rather tasteless and cold! The appetizer was a flan with creamed leeks (if I remember correctly) served cold... honestly, since it's not summer, it could have been at least lukewarm; it would have been tastier. For my first course, I had black rice with radicchio served over a creamed... sorry, I can't be specific, but I don't have the menu handy. This was also served cold. The second course was a fajoada served lukewarm, not at all spicy (despite the fact that they told you all the dishes would be spicy) and absolutely lacking in depth. The chef could have added a vegan stew to give a little more body to the dish, which ultimately was just beans with tomato sauce. To finish, a chocolate cake made with the same basic dough as the appetizer (which is fine, the dough was good). The cake was good, but if the chocolate had been warm and slightly spicy, it would have been better (to be fair, my friend tasted a bit of chili pepper in her cake). Even the sauce we were given to accompany the dishes or as a snack before the main courses wasn't anything special. It's a shame, it could have been an excellent dinner. I ate it, but I didn't leave with my taste buds buzzing. It's certainly not the kind of menu I'd offer a carnivore to change their mind. The Enzo cocktail and the licorice mojito, however, were very good.
