Purtroppo l’ordine non è stato consegnato anche se segnava consegnato. Servizio clienti poco presente. Alla fine ho chiamato il ristorante e lì gentilmente mi hanno tenuto l’ordine. Con altri provider ho sempre risolto e il servizio clienti è stato sempre molto gentile.

An Asian restaurant that is finally not 'all you can do' of good quality, with a very very interesting and not at all obvious menu offer. Quality products and original flavors. Great attention to gluten-free although they are not certified. Excellent value for money. Soft atmosphere, pleasant to converse also thanks to the right distance between the tables of the diners. Ottimo ristorante di sushi, prendo sempre a domicilio, ma questa volta sono voluto andare di persona. Dovrebbero migliorare l’attenzione ai commensali, ma veramente poco per essere al top.

Our experience at Japs in Turin was unfortunately disappointing. The wait was interminable, well beyond reasonable, and made the meal less than pleasant. As for the food, the quality absolutely does not justify the price: average dishes, but without the touch you would expect from a restaurant of this level. The service was also less than attentive, contributing to an overall unsatisfactory experience. Considering the value for money, I can't say it's worth going back. It's a shame, because the expectations were very different.
