Everything was fantastic. The only thing I would have done was to choose songs that were more in keeping with the venue. Everything else was perfect. The tasting menu was also generous for two.

It was a pleasant, accidental discovery in Montefiascone. A restaurant that immediately wins you over with its specialties. I tried the tasting menu with gyoza with spare ribs, amatriciana makiroll, cacio pepe and pear makiroll, fig and ham gunkan, spaghetti with garlic, oil and chili pepper gunkan, pork loin nigiri, norma nigiri, and tiramisu. I was blown away! I hope to try it again soon at their Rome location. Excellent!!!

We tried it during the Montefiascone wine festival. The delicious and mouthwatering dishes offer a modern take on traditional Roman dishes. My favorites are the carbonara, norma, and cacio pepe e pere (cacio pepe and pears)—absolutely not to be missed. The staff is very friendly. It will definitely be a stop on my first trip to Rome.
