Although traditional Roman dishes are respected, the 11- or 13-course tasting menu lacks the "Primi_Secondi_Contorni" (Primi_Secondi_Side Dishes) menu. Carbonara rolls are served last. The explanation of alternating flavors doesn't hold up, as the full-bodied "Vaccinara" and "Amatriciana" are served together. The ingredients are good quality, and the challenge of fitting an entire dish into a single bite is interesting. The entire gluten-free menu was appreciated. It's a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The Gyoza are delicious, and the maki/gunkan shape defines it as "Japanese-Roman fusion," but the raw and fish portions of Japanese cuisine are missing.

I went to this fantastic restaurant for the first time this evening with my daughter... I don't know where to start... everything was absolutely perfect... the elegant location, attention to detail and above all impeccable cleanliness... the food was superior, combining ingredients studied by highly skilled chefs... Roman dishes served in Japanese style... an alternative to classic traditional cuisine restaurants, flavors to suit all palates... the atmosphere was quiet despite the restaurant being full... we tried about ten dishes and they were all delicious and tasty... a wide selection of dishes for all needs... a fixed menu option... a fundamental note to add is the kindness of the staff and the owner... smiling, polite and not intrusive... a more than positive experience... I will be back soon... well done guys!!! You can teach many restaurateurs... TOP!!!
